Please note that Internet Explorer 11 is the last version of Internet Explorer, and the single one which continue to receive security updates, compatibility fixes, and technical support.
ForgeJS is not designed to work on older versions of Internet Explorer.
Also, Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1 and less doesn't support all the enhanced JavaScript APIs used in ForgeJS.
